Portgordon clinched a double with a 2-1 victory over Bishopmill Villa in the Planwell Cup Final! The victory was also significant as it was Portgordon's first win over Bishopmill, Neil Mairs brace ensured the hoodoo was ended. The game completed a brilliant season for the Vics who won the Planwell Premier Division in only their second season in the league. Well done to the players & management.

This years end of season night out took place on Friday the 13th of November at the marine. A good night was had by all, to see the award winners go to the players awards page.

About Us

This is the unofficial site of Portgordon Victoria (there isn’t an official one). We are a football team made up of players from in and around Buckie (The Sloch). The club was formed in 2006 and is now entering its fourth season in the welfare. The Vics are managed by Alfie Morrison and Dennis Clark, who have both been successful managers in the Junior leagues in the past. They are assisted by David Leslie and Peter Gordon as Coaches, who when they are at home give up a lot of their own time to take training etc. The team was initially called Buckie Victoria, but as Merson Park is booked over the summer by the Buckie Boys Club an alternative home ground had to be found. Fortunately Gordon Park, Portgordon was made available with the provision that "Portgordon" was incorporated within the clubs name. In the clubs debut season they respectable 5th place finish, the Vics made remarkable progress by finishing second and gaining promotion to the Premier Division and also reaching the final of the W.J Tewnion Trophy, only to lose out to rivals Buckie United. The Vics had a successful debut season in the Premier League, finishing 3rd and once again reaching the W.J Tewnion Trophy final, but once again lost, on this occasion on penalties.
